During these unprecedented times we all have to do our bit and pull together so when were approached to make scrubs for the Swansea Bay University Health Board myself and my amazing team didn’t hesitate to say yes. We wanted to say thank you to our health care workers who are putting their lives on the line each day. We have had to adapt our sewing skills from curtains to clothes but we quickly learnt and in no time the workroom was in full swing producing sets in all manner of colour combinations which were supplied to us. It’s been a privilege to play a small part and to give something back to the community and protect those who are caring for our health.
